About

The Colorectal Surgery Virtual Educational Series (CRSVirtualEd) was started at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic when Drs. Kethman and Abelson were in the midst of colorectal fellowship. Clinical activities and social engagements were severely limited and the series created an opportunity for The goal of the series was to create a weekly educational curriculum to serve current fellows, faculty members, and interested residents with key topics in colorectal surgery.

Since its inception, the series has grown to be a weekly program, garnering experts in the field. CRSVirtualEd has expanded beyond its original platform in partnerships with Behind the Knife and SurgeON providing wider access to viewers.
